Prenatal Wellness & Birth Prep
At Sacred Roots, we believe that birth preparation is more than just physical readiness—it’s about connection, confidence, and empowerment. Our Prenatal Wellness and Birth Prep Program is designed to help you strengthen your body, optimize your pelvic floor function, and prepare for a smoother labor and delivery.

We recommend getting started with us in the first or second trimester but will welcome those in the third trimester.
"Childbirth had been one of my biggest fears, and Delaney helped me build confidence and feel prepared. She tailored sessions to what I wanted to work on and always checked in to make sure I was feeling comfortable.
The exercises and stretches improved pelvic floor issues I've had much of my life and have helped me recover postpartum. I'm thankful my delivery went very smoothly with minimal complications, and I feel like the pelvic floor therapy was a key contributing factor."

"Working with Dr. Amy during pregnancy and now postpartum has been integral to my healing journey.
We covered an array of concerns throughout my sessions with her, but most notably was the 'practice pushing' appointment that I wholeheartedly believe is why the pushing part of my labor was a beautiful experience.
I would recommend her services to any pregnant or postpartum person!"
